I hate it when a game is released in one region and then not another. I think us Europeans have it the worst as there are a larger diversity of languages to code into the game.
Just because you have one doesn't mean everyone does. The point I was making and clearly stated is that there are as many immature players on PSN as Live. I have played on both. I used Socom as an example because Zipper made the opening comment and I thought it was cheeky. I wasn't attacking people that play Socom personally and I did say most of the players, at least half were fine.
Being the creators of Socom they should know about the juvenile behavior of gamers. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of decent people that play the game but just as many nobs. Play one night and see how many times you get kicked for absolutely nothing. The PS3 has just as many immature gamers as the 360 just not all of them have headsets.
I keep hearing about these so called special abilities of the PS3 but I'm yet to see them. I could say I'm the strongest person in the world doesn't mean that I am.
They sound pretty cool. I hope this game plays a bit like L4D with co-op available for single player.
Bet they didn't regret it when they received their cash from the exclusivity deal. The only reason they would want to make it multi platform is for money anyways.
In one way scrapping the MS point system would be good as seeing the real prices of content would be easier to work out. On the other hand if they had to sort out currencies for different regions would we end up with a botched marketplace like the PS store where content is released in different regions at different times.
Agree with what you're saying but think using guitar hero is a bad example. All of the guitar hero and rock band games are great.
Campers are the clever ones, it is all the idiots that continue to run around like headless chickens wondering why they got shot, then complaining about it that I don't understand. That is how the game was made and if you don't like it why play it. Personally I hate the game and have already traded but for different reasons. I thought it was rubbish in general.
I want the replica face hugger so I can run around clutching at it, bumping into walls before finally collapsing. Always been a dream of mine.
Now all we need is someone to translate the ancient pages.
Great year to have a 360. I have only had mine for five months now so took the plunge at the right time.
What he meant to say was Modern Warfare sucked.
All Battlefield Bad Company 2 needs to do is work. If it can pull that off then its left Modern Warfare 2 standing.
Fable 3 will be amazing. I'm playing Fable 2 now and it has blown me away. The kingdom management sounds interesting along with the improved sandbox capabilities.
Another reason I'm glad I traded it in. To think Activision thought it would be justifiable to charge for multi-player on this game. Activision are the new EA, happy to churn out any old pile of crap for a quick buck.
The part where he mentions DLC like the Dead Space suits from EA was spot on. It should be stopped. If you want to make a game easier lower the difficulty setting don't charge the consumer £5 the same day they spent £50 on your game. The same goes for Tiger Woods. I used to be able to get the full game for my PS2 straight from the shop but now its almost like episodic content but I'm still paying full price on release. Now you start with a few courses and have to buy the rest separa...
L4D2 shouldn't be on that list. It is a great game that proved to be more than some half assed expansion.
I was a bit put off Bioware games after Dragon Age. It wasn't terrible but it could have been so much better. I think I will wait before buying it until it drops in price.
Red dead redemption is my most wanted game. I can't wait for it to be released.
